Eligibility for Morgan County Residential Recovery Court (MCRRC) services requires you be a non-violent, male, felony offender over the age of 18. In addition, all applicants must be referred by a State of Tennessee Recovery Court Program. If you think you might qualify, ask your attorney, or judge.
