Residential Community & Treatment Overview
Residential Recovery court Program — an alternative to incarceration.
Founded in 2013, Morgan County Residential Recovery Court (MCRRC) was created as an alternative to incarceration. It allows participants to invest themselves fully into overcoming addiction.
MCRRC’s program is supervised by Judge Seth Norman, a criminal court judge over 21 years of experience in the criminal justice system. Judge Norman values rehabilitation and has been instrumental in helping improve the way the criminal justice system responds to addiction. We believe that incarceration cannot overcome addiction. Instead, our campus allows participants to work on overcoming their addictive behavior patterns and return to leading productive lives after treatment.
